OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG

OH MY GAW....Gracie has a loose tooth. I don't know if I'm ready for this yet. At her 5 year old check up, her pediatrician starting talking about her loosing teeth in the next year. I had to stop him because I was nauseous. He laughed at me and informed me discussing teeth falling out shouldn't be that big of a deal. He said, "what are you going to do when we discuss her becoming a woman". OMG, it's too much, I can't handle this.

Where has the time gone?

I can't believe we are nearing the end of January. It's been almost a month since my last post. Things have been extremely busy (as usual) and Cameron has been keeping us on our toes. This little boy is NON stop, seriously. Just yesterday, we were sitting around in the living room and I was right in front of him as he began calling me, "mom""mom""mom""mom" (you get where I'm going with this) After about 2 minutes of this I started to ignore him. Well, the "moms" got louder and louder and LOUDER until I acknowledged him. I guess I could go on and on about how much of an independent little person he has become. He just seems to have gotten there a little quicker than I expected. He surprised Kenny & I yesterday. We watching a TV and flipped to one of the movie channels that had a movie called "Water Horse" on. This movie is about the Loch Ness monster and his relationship with this little boy Walter. Anyway, Gracie and Cameron watched intently. He jumped off the couch and went to the toy chest and brought out a toy dinosaur....the Elasmosaurus. This dinosaur looked like the "Water Horse". How amazing is that? Kenny & I were at a loss for words, neither one of us knew what to say. He just kept saying "horse, horse, horse" for "Water Horse". WOW. This is a picture of the Elasmosaurus.

Since the weather has been warm/cold/warm/cold, we took advantage one weekend a few weeks ago to enjoy 80 degree weather before the 40 degree drop. Cameron still doesn't know how to steer his vehicle but enjoys it immensely.
