Where has the time gone?

It has been quite a while since my last post. This year seems to be a whirl wind. We are finally all feeling better (knock on wood) and have enough medicine to tackle this years allergy season. Gracie lost 2 teeth in this last month and half and Cameron is exerting his independence to no end. I couldn't sleep last night...we registered Gracie for kindergarten yesterday and I'm having a really hard time dealing with this. I'm not sure why. I know she will love school but I worry about the "mean" kids she will encounter. Will she know what to do, will this affect her as a person, etc. For those of you who have been through this process, is this normal? I have a few more months to adjust. I might have to take the entire day off in case she needs me.

Cameron will be moving to Level II at Bent Tree. I've requested Ms. Nikki, who was also Gracie's Level II teacher. He has been having a really rough time these past few weeks during drop off. I'm not sure what it is. He was always really good about giving me a hug and just saying "bye". Now, he kicks, screams and throws himself on the floor. I am exhausted by the time I get to work. I hope we can get past this stage soon. I am just amazed at how much he is talking. Yesterday, I asked him to put his plate and spoon in the sink. He tiptoed, but in they went, he looked at at me and said "Ameron" (he can't say Cameron) "trong" (=strong). I said yes you are very strong! He just nodded and looked at Kenny and then flexed his muscles. It was the cutest thing. I have noticed he is far more stubborn and strong willed than Gracie. I just bought "Bringing Up Boys" and "The Strong-Willed Child" by James Dobson. I can't wait to read them. Hopefully, they can help me in understanding him a little better. I'll keep you posted.

We had a really nice Easter. Gracie had been battling a sinus infection so she napped most of Saturday. (Since it was going to rain on Easter, we moved our Easter to Saturday). Cameron had lots of fun looking for eggs. He would say "wow, nother eggie" each time he saw one. He loved opening the plastic eggs and eating the treats on the inside. Let me just say I think he was still wired on Sunday from all of the sugar. Man!

Here are a few Easter pictures. I will try to not be a such a stranger...
These are Cameron's friends at Bent Tree, Brady, Cameron, Brock & Carson.

We have always left a basket in the bushes for Gracie to go look for but this year we had to settle on the front door as it was raining Easter Morning.
Since it is very difficult to exercise with two kids, Kenny bought me this bike. I LOVE IT! Cameron is super excited when he gets to ride in the buggy.
